Limit sugar consumption

Avoid the consumption of acid food and drinks.

For children, fruit juices should be diluted with 50% water.

Chewing food properly.

Complete diet with protein and calcium.

Taking good care of your teeth and mouth hygiene.

Brush your teeth at least 3 times a day, with a fluoridated tooth paste.

Never go to sleep without cleaning your mouth.
